What you need:
1/2 package cooked (1/2 lb uncooked) spaghetti (I used Fettuccine)
1 bag of frozen stir fry vegetables
10 oz. canned or cooked chicken
sweet chili-lime sauce (recipe below)
Sweet Chili-Lime Sauce
3 T. bottled sweet chili sauce
3 T. lime juice
1 t. ginger
1 t. minced garlic
What you do:
Cook pasta as desired. Also cook frozen vegetables as desired. Prepare sauce. Combine all ingredients in the pot you cooked your spaghetti in and stir. Allow to cook until warm.
It's so simple and so tasty! Enjoy! The pasta could easily be switched for brown rice or quinoa. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
