Veggie dip

This is by far the easiest recipe I have put on my blog to date. However, we eat it ALL the time so I thought I should share. Plus it is a healthier dip to have with those vegetables we don't get enough of everyday.
What you need:
6 oz. plain greek yogurt
(don't stop reading if you hate greek yogurt. I still haven't gotten the guts to try it, but I love this dip!)

1 packet of ranch dip seasoning mix
I had originally used the Hidden Valley one,

but recently I found this cheaper options at Sprouts, my new favorite place to shop. Any will work as long as it says "just add sour cream" on the package. I suppose if I was being really healthy and all natural I would post how to make this dip with what you have in the kitchen to avoid more of the sodium, but I am all about quick and easy in this case. It takes me long enough to chop up the vegetables as it is to eat with this!

Combine the seasoning mix with the yogurt. I made a double batch in this picture, and this is what is left after a weekend of enjoying it! Otherwise, if you just bought one regular sized yogurt (6 oz) you can make it and store it in the yogurt container. I used to do that, but now we go through too much so now I buy the big 2 lb. tub of yogurt instead and use what I need as we go.

Dip your favorite (or not so favorite) vegetables. We like cucumbers, carrots, and any bell pepper. Let me know what else you find for dipping! Thanks for reading! ;) Also be sure to check out my updated "in the kitchen" tab. I have added a lot of recipes I like from affiliate links!
