Wow! It's been a crazy couple months!! We left for our Scandinavian trip over two months ago! It's hard to imagine. So it's high time I get these posts done! I have already forgotten some of the things we did on our trip so bare with me. I like to do these posts so I can go back and look at them down the road to remember what we did. This might just end up being a lot of pictures!
Our bags were packed and ready to go, turning this little girl into a world traveler! We had fun waiting for Matt to park the car.
Quite the little jet-setter!
Ramsey was small enough to fit into a baby bassinet so she got a little snooze on the flight. So cute!
She also felt like queen of the airplane when she could sit up and see everyone behind her!
We made it Copenhagen, Denmark. New country, check!
This girl was all smiles in our hotel room!
We landed at night so we checked out the city a little bit and grabbed some groceries!
Ramsey had lots of energy to burn so she ran the halls in our hotel for a little while!
The next day we set out to explore Copenhagen. You all know we travel hard and fast so we gave ourselves one day to see as much of the city as we could.
It rained most of the day, but we still had lots of fun!
We ventured through a beautiful park.
We saw lots of statues and pretty flowers.
There were so many castles!
We made it in time to watch the changing of the guards!
There were so many people watching!
This little cutie was happy to explore!
A view of the arts center across the bay.
We stopped to explore Nyhavn.
So picturesque!
We stopped for a snack at one of the many restaurants along the water.
The couple next to us fell in love with Ramsey. Can't say I blame them!
We continued exploring Copenhagen.
The architecture was beautiful!
And there were bikers everywhere!!
We stopped by Tivoli Gardens, the second oldest theme park in Denmark.
It was raining hard so we stopped into a few shops, including the Lego store.
Ram had a great time!
The streets were so beautifully intricate!
Then we headed over to see The Lille Mermaid.
The weather was pretty crummy by this point so there weren't too many people around.
We were heading back to our hotel and walked into this little place. It was entire city inside these walls.
Such a fun, bonus stop!
Everything was so beautiful!
We headed back to our hotel to dry off and get out of the rain for a while!
The next morning Matt went and got our rental car.
We rented a car seat for Ram so we didn't have to pack ours. All they had was forward facing-so strange for us Americans! But then I also saw an infant car seat in someone's front seat. I think the rules there are a little bit different!
We got in the car and headed toward Norway via the coast of Sweden!
We crossed the bridge into Sweden and crossed another country off our list!
