Annual Schnepf Farm Visit

I am interrupting my Ramsey posts for another post. Don't worry, it's mostly still pictures of Ramsey! Last Saturday we made our annual visit to the pumpkin patch with our neighbors. We always have so much fun out there, but I think having Ramsey there this year made it my favorite visit to date. Before we headed to the pumpkin patch our neighbors took a visit to the fire station. Matt is all about learning about stuff like that so I sent him along with them. It looks like he had a great time!

We met at the farm, ready for fun!

A couple of dads with their daughters! :)

Matt was so excited to take Ramsey on her first carnival ride! Starting her young.

Jadyn and Madalynn also got to come with us!

Pit stop for some family pictures!

Our group is growing!

Then we headed over to the jumping pillows which is my favorite part of the whole farm!

Abby loved jumping with the big girls!

Then we headed over to the pedal cars. Jadyn definitely chose the best seat, although slightly uncomfortable!

Then they raced the single cars.

We headed to the corn maze, and I had to get lots of pictures of Ramsey's first time in a cornfield for her favorite farmers, Mr. Phil and uncle Nolan.

Abby's favorite part, the train ride!

We headed out on a hay rack ride. The driver went so fast!

Then we picked our pumpkins as a family of three!

Another fun trip with lots of memories. Can't wait for the peach festival this spring!

Summer begins!

Hi friends! I am back with an update over the last couple weeks. All those Europe posts wore me out! Here is what we have been up to since we got back.
The weekend after our first full week back we hosted a pool party for Matt's work. The pool was still a little chilly, but we had a great time! I pretty much forgot to take pictures the whole time. Abby came over while her parents went out for their anniversary so I took a few pictures to share with them.

Abby warmed up to the new girls and had fun sharing her snacks!

I had popsicles for the little girls, and they had lots of fun eating them!

They each wanted an individual picture, and they are just too cute!

The next day we headed to the Peach Festival at Schnepf Farms with our neighbors for the second year in a row. They were having a peach pit spitting contest. The boys participated because they got to eat a peach for free!

Someone stole my phone, and here's the evidence!

Abby waited all day to go for a train ride!

We all had a blast!

Then we headed into the orchard to pick peaches.

We went to the festival on the last day so most of the peaches were already picked, but there were a few left at the tops of the trees.

We had so much fun! Can't wait to go back in the fall for the pumpkin festival as a party of six!

A girl I work with told me about this free driving app called ARYV that gives you points for driving distraction free. Once you have enough points, you can redeem them for free stuff! All my driving for work finally had a purpose! Unfortunately, the app is closing down so we had to go redeem all of our points.
Last Friday Matt and I went on one of his favorite dates, an afternoon of free food! We started at Chick-fil-a for free chicken sandwiches.

Then we headed to The Soda Shop for free drinks. Mine was a delicious lemonade concoction! I think they will earn my business in the future!

We ended our "date" with free blizzards at DQ.

We had so much fun driving around earning our rewards. I'm so sad to see this app go!
Lastly, the other morning I was on a walk and saw a hot air balloon in the sky. They always make me smile!

Hope everyone enjoys their weekend!

Pumpkin and Chili Party

We have been having a great time pretending it is fall in Phoenix. The temperature is still in the 90s, but we are doing as many fall things as we can with our neighbors! I have been doing more crafting with Jenny.

Saturday we spent the entire day with our neighbors; it was a super fun day! We started the day at Schnepf Farms for their Pumpkin and Chili Party. Matt was ready for some fun!

I saw on the map they had the jumping pillows available. As you may recall, when we were out there for my birthday, we had a blast jumping on them!

I was SUPER excited to take Abby on them. The girls had a BLAST jumping!!

By this point, I think I was having the most fun!

We were sporting shirts from our two favorite states-NE and AZ!

While Abby rode the kiddie rides, Matt and I took a turn on the swings!

We headed over for the pig races. The workers were super entertaining.

For each group of races, the farmer picked out a few kids to cheer on each pig as their own. The last round a set of goats raced and they wanted adults out of the crowd. Naturally Matt got chosen!

They had to do all kinds of crazy things like yell "sooie" as loud as possible!

Isn't she the cutest thing ever? She's my favorite!

The boys had fun shooting some pumpkins.

Matt took a turn at the zip line!

We watched the BMX bike show. My pictures didn't turn out too great because we wanted to sit in the shade!

We went for a fun hayride!

And took a turn at the corn maze. I had to send this picture to my brother because their corn did not look too good!

Making our way through the corn maze!

We made it out and headed to pick out our pumpkins!

We had such a fun filled day!

We came home real quick to add our pumpkins to our front porches. Then we were off to a party at our old neighbor's new house. We played badminton, had fun hanging out, and enjoyed some amazing Italian food!

We spent Sunday recovering and getting caught up on work. Such a fun weekend with some really fun friends! Stay tuned as we have more fun things planned in the next few weeks!
